Refund Policy

Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Starting from the date received, you have 7 calendar days to apply for a return. No refund or replacement for items received after 7 days.
• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return the item via LBC.

• Once we received your item, a mandatory product inspection will be made on our end. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund once product inspection is cleared.
• Your refund will be processed within 5 calendar days, once cleared and approved.
• Refunds will be transferred via bank deposit only for security of the transaction. Customer who will be approved for refund should provide their bank account details; otherwise, refund will be forfeited.
• Shipping costs are non refundable. A certain amount will be deducted on your refund; particularly the delivery, COD transaction & buyer protection fee.
